Gstaaderhof - Active & Relax Hotel

The breakfast selection was excellent. There was a slew of great quality bread, cereal, ham and cheese as well as yogurt. They also had a selection menu where they had eggs as well as avocado toast and sausages as options. I also enjoyed the staff quality and friendliness. The staff was very fluent in French,English as well as German. They were very attentive to our needs and tried their best to accommodate the various needs throughout our stay. Our view from our room was exceptional and very scenic. Great location as well. The hotel has that special wood/cabin smell when you enter that brings a sense of calm and relaxation.

We’ve booked a family room and the sofa was not that comfortable, they helped us and made it much more comfortable. Thank you staff!! The breakfast was amazing, the refurbished rooms were also so chic. everything was clean and the hotel was relaxing.

I loved this location. The staff was very kind and friendly. I was very appreciative of their efforts. The breakfast selection was incredibly varied and the options were very fresh. I looked forward to breakfast every day, and was sad that I missed it my departure date. The restaurant/bar was quite lovely. I would point out to American travelers, that it is considered highly unusual for women to sit alone at a bar in Switzerland. That being said, I don't like sitting alone at a table, so I did it anyway.

Hotel and hospitality were exceptional and they are always smiling and ready to serve.
